About the Artist

• For pixel art, my program of preference is Aseprite. 
• For digital art, I use Clip Studio Paint.
• I use a Wacom Intuos Pro (medium) tablet, but I also use my mouse for detail pixel art work.

In Puerto Rico, the Common ground dove is known as "rolita(s)." I added the -e suffix to "rolita" because I was studying Latin at the time and wanted to pluralize the word in the Latin fashion.
So, at the end of it all "Rolitae" means "common ground doves." 😅

I've been making pixel art for around four years now (2024), although my first introduction to the medium was over ten years ago. But even before all that, I used to cross-stitch a little every year! I always kept my eyes open for cross-stitch designs that would captivate me, but not many did.

Once I started doing pixel art more frequently, I realized I could stitch my work and create the patterns that speak to me! And so, I've opened my shop to share my work with you all!

In my nature-inspired cross-stitch patterns, I like to accentuate birds! So they're the main focus of the patterns. They stand alone, proud and colourful! For the rest of my patterns, mainly the videogames cross-stitch patterns, I like to highlight the sentiment of the game, whether it's silly or solemn. I also want to create more patterns related to Books & TV in the near future, so keep your eyes open for that.
